Matt​ ​is​ ​our​ ​resident​ ​sales​ ​expert,​ ​taking​ ​charge​ ​of​ ​new​ ​construction​ ​deals.​ ​He began​ ​his​ ​real​ ​estate​ ​career​ ​building​ ​and​ ​renovating​ ​luxury​ ​homes​ ​along​ ​the Main​ ​Line​ ​in​ ​Philadelphia​ ​while​ ​still​ ​a​ ​student​ ​at​ ​Villanova University.​ ​He brought​ ​his​ ​business​ ​to​ ​New​ ​Jersey​ ​after​ ​graduating​ ​with​ ​a​ ​degree​ ​in​ ​Finance
and​ ​Real​ ​Estate.

He​ ​continues​ ​to​ ​build​ ​and​ ​renovate​ ​luxury​ ​homes,​ ​and​ ​has​ ​extended​ ​his services​ ​to​ ​retail​ ​and​ ​multi-family​ ​properties​ ​on​ ​the​ ​Jersey​ ​Shore.​ ​His background​ ​makes​ ​him​ ​the​ ​best​ ​agent​ ​to​ ​handle​ ​new​ ​construction​ ​home​ ​sales and​ ​purchases.
